About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who served as a NFL team clinician for 5 + years, where I bring forth proven techniques working with elite athletes to my current practice. I specialize in psychotherapy for high-achieving individuals who consistently navigate intense pressure, demanding performance standards, and intricate relational dynamics. My practice is designed for those who are not only capable and driven but also seek meaningful growth beyond surface-level interventions. The foundation of my therapeutic process is built on discretion, depth, and structure, ensuring a confidential and transformative experience tailored to each client’s needs.

Executives and high level professionals

Male executives often carry relentless pressure. Behind the scenes, they may feel overwhelmed, emotional fatigue, and relationship strain. They may also face major life transitions, including the challenge of redefining identity beyond their success and performance, all the way through retirement.

High Achieving Women

Successful women often carry pressure from every direction. Along with feeling overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, or marginalized at work, they may also struggle with relationship stress and major life transitions, including questions of identity beyond achievement through retirement years.

Professional and Retired Athletes

Professional and retired athletes often live with intense internal and external pressure, whether they are performing at the highest level or navigating retirement, navigating the loss of structure, identity and purpose. They may feel stress, transition, relationship strain, and the emotional realities that can accompany both elite competition and life after it.

Elite Student Athletes

Student athletes often carry pressure from all sides. With expectations from coaches, parents, and scouts, they may feel intense stress, fear of falling short, and the constant demand to perform at a high level.

Starting therapy has helped me a lot. Before, I wasn’t getting any sleep, I was on edge all the time, and I kept failing assignments and missing deadlines at work and I thought I was going to be demoted. Since going to therapy, everything changed for the better.

FAQ

Who do you work with?

I work with high-achieving individuals who appear successful externally but are navigating internal pressure, anxiety, relationship challenges, or emotional fatigue.

Clients often include professionals, entrepreneurs, high-performing women, and elite student athletes seeking deeper clarity, resilience, and emotional strength.

What issues do you specialize in?

My work focuses on:

• Anxiety and overthinking
• Performance pressure and burnout
• Relationship and dating challenges
• Emotional resilience for athletes
• Trauma and unresolved emotional experiences

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I accept insurance from most providers. If your insurance is not listed, you can call your
provider to see if they will reimburse you for paying out-of-pocket.

What if I don’t have insurance?

That’s no problem at all. I charge $160/ hour for those who do not have insurance or do not
want to use their insurance.

What is brain spotting?

My work integrates depth-oriented psychotherapy with advanced approaches such as Brainspotting, a modality that helps process emotional experiences stored in the brain and body, thus reducing the emotional impact by turning down the volume of past traumatic experiences.

What is the difference between sports psychology and performance psychotherapy?

Sports psychology targets performance skills. Performance psychotherapy addresses the underlying emotional and psychological factors shaping performance.
